create a working demos page

Oh. Looks like I had a placeholder page here already.
Ah, what makes this interesting is that these demos aren't wiki pages, can't use ref, and you can't have them be typical links either.
add a new janet function for creating these links called "pagelink" which doesn't do any checks.
This shouldn't take any time at all.
